“Under the leadership of its benevolent rulers, many generations passed, and Shambhala was truly flourishing. The king of Shambhala at this time was named Suchandra, an emanation of the bodhisattva Vajrapani. He recognized that many people in Shambhala were ready to receive teachings on the definitive nature of reality.”
