Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled volunteer to contribute to the development and implementation of generative AI tools that will support Khentrul Rinpoché’s mission. This exciting opportunity will use generative AI technology to enhance our outreach, create engaging content, and streamline our operations.  The volunteer will have a strong understanding of generative AI models.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Golden Age Development Team and Dzokden leaders to understand the needs and identify opportunities where generative AI can provide valuable solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of project proposals for generative AI applications (e.g., content creation, text summarization, image generation, audio/video generation).
• Assist in the development, training, and fine-tuning of generative AI models using relevant datasets and platforms.
• Support the integration of developed AI tools into existing workflows and platforms, and participate in rigorous testing and quality assurance.
• Apply a strong understanding of ethical AI principles, ensuring that all development aligns with the Dharma values of compassion, non-harming, and wisdom. 
• Create clear and concise documentation for developed models, processes, and deployment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and proactively suggest innovative applications relevant to Dzokden’s goals.
