Why This Role Is Important
This role directly supports Rinpoche’s vision to create the Golden Age of peace and harmony on earth through the Kalachakra Tantra. Dzokden’s mission is to share this profound wisdom with a global audience, but that mission is only realized when anyone can access Rinpoche’s teachings regardless of the language they speak. By meticulously identifying gaps and ensuring content is current, you serve as the final bridge between our teachers and students worldwide. Your work transforms a complex web of data into a seamless, welcoming experience, allowing our lead coordinators to focus on growth while you ensure that no student is left behind by a missing translation or an outdated link.
On a personal level, the virtue generated through your Dharma service is dedicated to the accumulation of merit which is essential for the path to enlightenment. You have the opportunity to practice the path through a mundane, samsaric role and see how it is possible to transform ordinary work into extraordinary opportunities. This will help you learn to walk the real tantric path.
