Description

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer to support our growing online Tantric Treasures Store.  This role involves overseeing the store operations and other volunteer Store Assistants, researching new Dharma objects and books, identifying potential suppliers and managing inventory to boost sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory, communication, customer support and administrative tasks to support Dzokden’s online store operations.  
• Develop new products and ways to increase revenue for Tantric Treasures focusing on children’s dharma items (e.g., stuffed animals, musical instruments, puzzles, coloring books). 
• Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked; order as needed.
• Update online store system to reflect pricing and inventory levels.
• Manage book orders and shipment to events.
• Resolve customer orders, inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee volunteer Store Assistants who handle fulfillment of online orders, package/ship to mostly international locations and order package/shipping supplies.
