Cancellation and Refund Policy
Dzokden reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Dzokden cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual course/program descriptions. Unless otherwise stated within course/program descriptions:
1. In-Person Courses and Retreats
Refund is offered (full purchase amount minus a 10% administration fee) from the date of booking up until 30 days before the scheduled event. If you cancel after 30 days and within 7 days a 50% refund will be provided. There is no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before a scheduled event.
2. In-Person Accomodations
You will be offered a partial refund (full purchase amount minus a 10% administration fee) from the date of booking up until 30 days prior to check in. If you cancel after 30 days and within 7 days a 50% refund will be provided. There is no refund for cancellations less than 7 days before a scheduled event.
3. Online Events
Refund is offered (full purchase amount minus 10% administration fee) if cancellation is made 5 days prior to the online event start date. If you cancel less than 5 days but before 48 hours of the scheduled event a partial refund of 50% is offered. There is no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours of the scheduled event.
4. Online Courses
Refunds for online courses will be considered within 7 days from the date of enrollment, provided the participant has not accessed more than one course lesson beyond the course introduction. There is no refund for cancellations over 7 days from the date of enrollment or if the participant has accessed more than one course lesson beyond the course introduction.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 To request a refund, participants must submit a written request via email to [email protected] stating the reason for the refund and providing relevant details such as the course/retreat name, enrollment date, and any supporting documentation.
2.2 Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks from the date the request is approved. The refunded amount will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
3.1 Certain fees, such as processing fees or non-refundable deposits for retreats, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4.1 In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, Dzokden reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
