In Vajrayana Buddhism, the Guru is the Buddha, the Guru is the Dharma, and the Guru is the Sangha. The whole path is contained in the practice of devotion to the Guru, who, while ultimately our enlightened nature, is also a human being who reflects that nature to us. The most powerful Guru is your root guru, the one who points out the nature of reality to you and you transform your mind.
The light that shows the way on our Kalachakra path is Khentrul Rinpoche. And the one who had the most profound impact on his mind, is his root Guru, Lama Lobsang Trinle. Lama Lobsang Trinley (Lama Lutrin) is one of the most respected Jonang Kalachakra masters of our time. He was well known for his incredible healing powers as he had healed himself from Leprosy and then those around him with his spontaneous medicine wisdom. While showing no signs of sickness, he stated he would pass away and then did so in a meditative state on the precious day of Saka Dawa, the day that we celebrate the birth, enlightenment, and death of Shakyamuni Buddha.

In celebration of the Birth, Death, and Enlightenment of Shakyamuni Buddha, we recite praises recounting the accomplishments of his incredible life. Connecting and learning from his example, we, too, can take steps to learn and practice in stages to reveal our own enlightened nature. The first step to changing the world to a more peaceful, harmonious place is to change ourselves. It is with each of the karmas we make, each cause and condition, that we plant the seeds to change ourselves and then, through our transformation, the world around us. Shakyamuni spent years of diligent practice and effort to understand the nature of reality and reveal his own nature before he was able to teach others. Once he transformed himself, his enlightened speech and activity had the power to transform our world and continue to through this day.
In addition to the praises to the Buddha of our time, we will chant the powerful 1000 Buddha Puja to connect with all the 1000 Buddhas of this fortunate eon. Connecting with 1000 Buddhas and sharing their names creates powerful conditions for all who hear this to be reborn in a higher realm and to come into contact with the Dharma. Khentrul Rinpoche đã đồng ý ban lễ quán đảnh Ngài Địa Tạng Vương Bồ Tát và thực hiện lễ Puja theo yêu cầu của nhóm đạo hữu Trung Quốc.
Ngài Địa Tạng Vương Bồ Tát hay Địa Tạng Bồ Tát là một trong bốn vị Bồ Tát quan trọng trong truyền thống Phật giáo Đại thừa Đông Á, cùng với Phổ Hiền Bồ Tát, Văn Thù Sư Lợi Bồ Tát và Quán Thế Âm Bồ Tát. Tên của Ngài được dịch là “Kho báu giấu kín trong lòng đất”. Địa Tạng Bồ Tát được biết đến bởi lời nguyện cứu độ tất cả chúng sinh trong lục đạo luân hồi vào thời kỳ sau khi Phật Thích-ca Mâu-ni nhập Niết-bàn cho đến khi Bồ Tát Di Lặc hạ sinh. Ngài nguyện không chứng Phật quả nếu địa ngục chưa trống rỗng (Địa ngục không trống, Thề không thành Phật). Do đó, Ngài thường được xem như là vị Bồ Tát của chúng sinh dưới địa ngục. Trong văn hóa Nhật Bản, Ngài là vị Bồ Tát hộ mệnh cho trẻ em, cũng như bảo vệ các vong linh của trẻ em và bào thai chết yểu.
LỢI ÍCH CỦA PHÁP TU
Kinh Địa Tạng Bồ Tát bổn nguyện đã nếu ra các lợi ích của việc thực hành pháp tu của Ngài Địa Tạng. Trong Kinh đã chỉ ra rằng những ai nghe theo lời dạy của Ngài sẽ đạt được những lợi ích không thể nghĩ bàn. Thực hành pháp tu này cũng có thể giúp tẩy trừ vô lượng nghiệp xấu.
- Các hàng Trời, Rồng thường hộ niệm.
- Quả lành càng ngày càng thêm lớn.
- Chứa nhóm nhơn vô thượng của Thánh.
- Mãi không còn thối thất đạo Bồ Đề.
- Đồ mặc món ăn dồi dào đầy đủ.
- Những bệnh tật không đến nơi thân.
- Khỏi những tai nạn về lửa và nước.
- Không có bị hại về trộm cướp.
- Người khác thấy đến sanh lòng cung kính.
- Các hàng Quỷ Thần theo hộ trì.
- Đời sau thân gái sẽ chuyển thành thân trai.
- Đời sau sẽ làm con gái các hàng Vương Giả, Đại Thần.
- Thân tướng xinh đẹp.
- Phần nhiều được sanh về cõi trời.
- Hoặc làm bậc vua chúa.
- Có trí sáng biết rõ những việc trong những đời trước.
- Có mong cầu chi cũng được toại ý.
- Quyến thuộc an vui.
- Các tai vạ bất ngờ đều dứt sạch.
- Các nghiệp về ác đạo đều trừ hẳn.
- Đi đến đâu cũng đều không bị sự trở ngại.
- Đêm nằm chiêm bao an ổn vui vẻ.
- Những người thân tộc đã chết nếu có tội thời được khỏi khổ.
- Nếu về đời trước có phước thời được thọ sanh về cõi vui sướng.
- Các bậc Thánh ngợi khen.
- Căn tánh lanh lợi thông minh.
- Giàu lòng từ mẫn.
- Rốt ráo thành Phật.
Lễ Puja Địa Tạng Bồ Tát trong Lễ hội Thanh Minh (Qingming).
Địa Tạng Bồ Tát là một thị hiện rất được tôn kính của Đức Phật đối với người Trung Quốc bởi lời nguyện bảo vệ các chúng sinh ở các cõi giới thấp của Ngài. Điều này đặc biệt quan trọng đối với những người Trung Quốc lo ngại cho tổ tiên của họ có thể tái sinh về các cõi giới thấp. This practice will take place on the full moon and a lunar eclipse in March. During the time of the Lunar eclipse in your location, the merit of the offering is multiplied by 700,000 times. Please join us in our accumulation until then but especially anytime in our special 24 hour community organized practice. Members of our different communities in different countries will lead the mantras at different hours. All the mantras that are submitted to Green Tara and to Marichi will be dedicated on April 18th. May this lead to the flourishing of Dzokden and Rinpoche’s activities.

“Most followers of the Tibetan tantric Buddhist teachings are merely wearing an outer costume of tantra.” (Khentrul Rinpoché)
We are delighted to announce that Rinpoché accepted our request to present his exciting new tantra book, “The Tantric Path of Desire” in Europe. He will give related teachings, a blessing ceremony of the 6 Buddha Families, and address crucial questions of both new and veteran practitioners.
What is tantric practice really about? How to use our day-to-day ‘negative’ emotions as positive potential? How do the different levels of Buddhist paths relate to each other? How to use sexuality as part of the spiritual path according to the Buddha’s tantric teachings? Why does one need an authentic Guru to learn Tantra genuinely?
Preconceptions and misunderstandings about tantra have spread everywhere. Both in Western countries, as well as Asian countries where these teachings originated. Lost amidst extreme views and with a lack of proper clarification, it is difficult for practitioners to reach the essence of the tantric teachings. Rinpoché will teach about how the different levels of Buddhist teachings and their respective conduct of ethics support each other without contradiction. He will explain the varying degrees of tantric practice and what one should do to truly focus on tantra.
For Rinpoché, there is no doubt that different types of persons, including lay devotees, monastics, and non-religious ones, have the potential to learn the essence of tantric practice. This is because the tantric approach is closely aligned with our existing nature.
“In the tantric path, nothing that is naturally present in our mind needs to be eliminated. Instead, we learn means for putting these mental phenomena to work for us. When all these phenomena are subjugated by the brilliance of pure and true reality, they become our friends.” (Khentrul Rinpoché)
In the view of tantra, the pure aspects of our afflictive emotions are connected to specific Buddha Families. To strengthen this awareness and for the continued support of participants’ practice after the event, Rinpoché will bestow a Blessing Ceremony of the Six Buddha Families.

How to Prepare?
There are no prerequisites for these teachings. They are open to all, regardless of your background. Reading Rinpoché´s book, “The Tantric Path of Desire,” is suggested but not mandatory for participation. (It is currently available in English and can be purchased here).
